| | | Richard Wadsworth Position: President
Mr. Wadsworth has led Bankers Petroleum since its inception and brings over 14 years experience in domestic and international oil and gas operations. Previously he was Business Unit Manager Albania for Premier Oil Plc and then employed for nine years with Koch Exploration Canada where he led several heavy oil and shallow gas developments ranging from operations to project management. He graduated from the University of Calgary in 1992 with a Chemical Engineering degree.

| | | Ian McMurtrie Position: Vice President, Production & Operations
Mr. McMurtrie is Vice President, Exploration & Development of Bankers Petroleum Ltd. an oil and gas company with operations in Albania. From July 2004 until January 2008 he was Vice President, Exploration of Rally Energy Corp. and provided advisory services to that company since late 2003. Prior to advising Rally Energy Corp. he was and remains President of Cawdor Investments Ltd., a private company managing oil and gas royalties and providing technical oil and gas consulting services to public and private companies. Mr. McMurtrie commenced his exploration career with Texaco Exploration Canada Ltd. He has been directly involved in the discovery and development of numerous oil and gas pools throughout North America for such companies as Czar Resources Ltd., United Rayore Gas Ltd., and Raptor Capital Corporation. He is currently a Director of Stealth Ventures Ltd., and Mohave Exploration & Production Inc.
Mr. McMurtrie has extensive expertise in the development of oil pools using innovative drilling technologies. He is a professional geologist with Geology degree from Queen's University.

| | | Mr. Douglas C. Urch Position: Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Urch brings over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience to the Company. From September 2000 until January 2008, he was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rally Energy Corp. and its subsidiaries. Prior to this time, Mr. Urch provided financial management services for a variety of public and private companies. He was Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Corporate Secretary of Barrington Petroleum Ltd. from 1991 to 1993 and Controller at Ryerson Oil and Gas Limited from 1983 to 1991. Mr. Urch is currently a Director and President of Perpetual Ventures Inc., a Director and Chief Financial Officer of L1 Capital Corp., Chief Financial Officer of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. and Mohave Exploration & Production Inc., all of which are private companies. Mr. Urch is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a commerce graduate from the University of Calgary.

| | | C. S. (Juneyt) Tirmandi Position: CFO
Mr. Tirmandi brings over 27 years of experience in oil and gas, corporate finance and capital markets to the Company. Prior to joining Bankers, Mr. Tirmandi was involved in acquisitions and divestitures as a Senior Vice President of Tamarack Capital Advisors Inc. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Tirmandi worked as an independent consultant through his company CST Financial Services Inc., providing business valuations and financial advisory services to a variety of clients which included acting as CFO for TransGlobe Energy Corporation and Pacific Tiger Energy Inc. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Tirmandi was the CFO of Transwest Gas Systems Ltd. From 1986 to 1990 Mr. Tirmandi was the CFO of Rio Alto Exploration Ltd. Mr. Tirmandi holds Chartered Business Valuator and Chartered Accountant designations.

| | | Eugene Christensen Position: VP, Development
Mr. Christensen has over 22 years of technical and managerial experience in the areas of production, exploitation, reservoir engineering, field operations, drilling and completions domestically and internationally. He was President of Blue Raven Consulting Inc. providing consulting services to numerous companies, and previous to this, held senior engineering positions at Mark Resources,, Koch Exploration Canada, and Husky Oil Operations. He is a professional engineer in the Province of Alberta .

| | | Suneel Gupta Position: Vice President (President, Bankers Petroleum International Ltd.)
Mr. Gupta has held senior positions with several petroleum companies where he was integral to the development of heavy oil properties in international countries as well as in Canada. He brings over 16 years of oil and gas experience including specific work on the Patos Marinza field with Bankers and Anglo-Albanian Petroleum. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a professional engineer in the Province of Alberta.

| | | Robert Petryk Position: VP, Operations
Mr. Petryk brings 28 years of experience in the oil and gas oil industry, both domestic and international. He has held various engineering, operational and senior management positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as President and COO of a junior public oil company and prior thereto as Senior Vice President for a large public oilfield services company. He is a professional engineer in the Province of Alberta.

| | | Wolf Regener Position: Executive Vice President (President, Bankers US)
Mr. Regener holds a Business of Economics degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has held senior management positions with three independent oil and gas companies over the last 18 years. His background encompasses a broad range of experience, including project management, project evaluation, land work, accounting, financing and field coordination. Mr. Regener is also on the Board of Directors of the California Independent Petroleum Association (CIPA), where he has served for over 12 years.

| | | Susan J. Soprovich Position: VP, Investor Relations & Corporate Governance
Ms. Soprovich contributes substantial experience from a financial and communications background in the oil and gas oil industry to Bankers. She has held senior positions in both the corporate and consulting side for a range of companies, providing both strategic counsel and tactical assistance to several Calgary and internationally-based companies. At Bankers, Ms. Soprovich is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Company's investor relations, communications and regulatory activities. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Management Accountant.
